Whiteface Mountain is open for the season and
conditions are improving. We expect snow tonight and the ORDA crew is
making snow daily. We still have availability for the Christmas/New

Santa Claus is coming to town!
Technically he lives just up the hill at Santa's Workshop, North Pole, NY
however late each fall his Reindeer deliver him to the Holiday so that he may
visit the young boys and girls who come to personally whisper in his ear their
Christmas List. Have your family create memories and visit Santa and his

The Adirondack Holiday Lodge is a charming Family-Owned
Inn located a the base of the road to the top Whiteface Mountain. Situated snugly
at the Four Corners in Wilmington our South facing placement insures that you
enjoy both the sunrise and sunset mountain views from your room’s private
balcony.
Wilmington is literally minutes from the center of all
activities great and small. Lake Placid, the host to two winter Olympic Games
is fifteen minutes away. In Lake Placid thrill yourself to 45 seconds of sheer
terror with a winter bobsleigh ride. Elevator to the top of the 90 meter jump
tower and enjoy the view atop the tallest man-made building in the Adirondack
Park. Rejoice in the Miracle on Ice at the Olympic Museum or browse one or all
of the many shops downtown.
Spring, Sumer and Fall, The River Runs Through It. Meandering
through Wilmington is the West Branch of the Au Sable River with it’s
World Class Trout fishing. Whether novice or expert this is trout fishing heaven.
If Bass, Pike, Walleye or another pan fish suit your fancy all species abound
with in a short drive.
Golf?, Golf in the Adirondack is special. With a half
dozen excellent courses surrounding the Wilmington vicinity where play is not
stacked and packed your play is indeed stress free; lest the odd errant tee
shot or three-putt.
In Wilmington we are the Great Outdoors. The Cyclist has
miles and miles of scenic country roads to roam with terrain that is gentle
or brutal. Hikers have 46 High Peaks to conquer all above the tree line, Boaters
and sailors Lake Champlain, the 8th Great Lake is just to the East.
Climbers have many locations to scale the cliffs, Canoe,
Kayak, Sail, Tennis, you name it we are the sport playgrounds for the serious
and “just looking” types.
At the end of the day, come home to your Lodge. Relax
in the Hot Tub or Sauna, Read a book from our library. Bring your own favorite
adult beverage. The Lodge amenities include large comfortable rooms, most with
private balconies, Outdoor tented area with tables and BBQ Grills, Indoor Hot
Tub and Dry Sauna, WIFI through out the lodge, guest use laptop and printing.
